How to Calculate CBD Dosage

Consider that concentration of CBD in the products you are taking.  If you are choosing to use a CBD oil or tincture, the label should tell you how much CBD is in the entire bottle and how much CBD oil is in each serving.  For example, for a one ounce bottle of CBD oil that contains 600 mg per bottle, you can calculate that there is 20 mg of CBD for every millimeter of liquid.  Some products come in gummy or capsule form and will tell you exactly how many milligrams are in a single serving, which many people find more convenient.
