  • 1/2 large avocado
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 frozen banana (or favorite fruit)
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 2 tbsp honey (or favorite sweetener)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Add all ingredients but CBD to a blender and blend until smooth.
